Before the rain

Three superb days with my very good friend Richard. Me showing off Gloucestershire to him, and him being his usual easy company as we invaded the places I like with an almost permanent commentary. “Someone is thinking of you”

  As some might gather from my previous blog my father died in February after a short illness. He was 93. Some might say it was a good age, and indeed it is, but it’s still a shock when it happens.
