Those of you not familiar with footballers and their needs, might not be familiar with the icon that is Wayne Rooney. A man with a footballer’s brain and not much else. He started to lose his hair when quite young and then when riches beyond reason fell at his twinkling feet. He spent a very small proportion of his new found wealth having his hair re-built and knitted back in place. He now has a reasonable rug of his own hair atop the footballer’s brain. Should we have bought a lottery ticket?

Sun was shining throughout the day and the planned walk was started. The light was amazing and the walk relatively easy apart from the mud underfoot. I’d like to tell you where we went but shall not! I’d like it to remain as undiscovered as it is today. I’ve known the area for years having lived there for fourteen or so, some years ago. Three roughs here of work for Cotswold Life Magazine. I’m doing a series called Cotswold Wild Life and these are some of the creatures in it. One tends to do the first rough without really being overly concerned if it works or not and then the secret, if it is one, is perhaps to try and keep it with the same energy as the rough.
