I’m trying to lose weight and am on the 2/5 day fast diet.
which means you eat next to nothing for 2 days and what’s laughingly called normal for the other 5.
It’s not fast but it works for me, my wife has suggested that a bit more exercise might help, but so far that does not mean running.
Something I’ve tried to avoid for most of my life.I prefer to read about others who suffer.
