The structure of their roadside signs is immense.This sign is a mystery to me, hand painted and huge, but I’m still puzzling exactly what it says on it. Not helped I suppose by the standard electric lines crossing it all out.This means everyone stops, and interestingly the drivers always let pedestrians cross over before proceeding. It seems to work well. it sort of explains the language difference, we’d probably say, from whichever direction. In this case the US version works well.And on a shopping note.And to end, I could not resist this one.
